In the event of a successful resolution, the renter will be charged the agreed-upon amount to cover the damages, in a separate transaction. It is essential to note that their financial liability remains limited to the amount of the security deposit waiver, providing mutual protection to both boat owners and renters.
If our mediation fails to reach a resolution, we will advise you to seek assistance from the appropriate legal authorities.
