When, where, and why initiate a dispute
Various situations may prompt the need to open a dispute, such as delays, minor damages, or discrepancies in the number of people aboard.
As a boat owner, you have up to 14 days after the rental period to open a dispute. You can do so by accessing the corresponding booking in the dispute tab after logging into your boatUnity account.
Remember to provide clear and detailed information about the issue. You can upload photos of relevant evidence or documentation to support your case.
Effective communication and cooperation are key to resolving disputes and maintaining positive relationships within the boatUnity community.
