At boatUnity, we advocate transparency and clarity. When writing a review, strive to be objective and constructive. This helps enlighten the community about your experience. We are committed not to censor, edit, or remove reviews, except in cases of violating our content policy. Respect is our guiding principle. Feel free to share personal information but do so consciously and respectfully.
Our content policy objective is to “Inform Rather Than Offend”. Reviews should always reflect your personal experience. They should not be used for political, religious, or social discussions. Please avoid any offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory content. We protect freedom of speech while ensuring the safety of our community. If a review violates our rules, we will take action while remaining true to our commitment to a reliable and secure community. Your review is an essential link in this chain of trust.
Here are types of content we do not allow:
- Reviews that do not reflect the user's personal experience.
- Reviews unrelated to the actual booking (e.g., political, religious, or social commentary).
- Content that supports or promotes illegal, harmful, violent, or offensive activities, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory.
- Content that violates the rights of another person or entity, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights (e.g., disclosing a person's full name, address, or other identifying information without their consent).
- Content determined to be a form of extortion.
- Content referring to an ongoing boatUnity investigation.
Please note that our community places great importance on honest and transparent reviews. If we identify a review that violates our review content guidelines, we will edit or remove it accordingly.
